The food bank is run entirely by volunteers. Whether you have a couple hours a month or a couple days a week, we'll find a spot for you.
Why it matters
Volunteers are the whole operation.
Fifty-two people make this place work. They stock shelves, greet first-time visitors, drive pickups, cook in the bistro, sort thrift donations, and open the doors on Wednesdays. Without them, none of it happens.
You don't need experience. You don't need to know us. You just need to show up.

A regular shift that fits your schedule — same time every week or every month.

Some of our core team is in and out daily. If that's you, we'll find plenty to do.
All volunteers are required to complete a background check as per board policy. A background check does not automatically disqualify anyone — we evaluate each situation individually.
